When we asked you to tell us how we were doing in our 2010 Member Survey, we were very happy with what you had to say. More than 90% of you told us you were so satisfied with our member service that you'd tell a friend to join. We took your feedback to heart. That's why we're offering you the same kind of member service online with resources designed to answer your questions from wherever you happen to be, whenever you happen to ask them.
While we love helping you in our branches, over the phone or via email, we realize there are times when that just isn't convenient for you. That's why we've developed the Raymore Credit Union Online Solutions Centre.
At any time of day or night, all you need to do is click on the icon to your right (you'll see it on every page of our web property), select any of the questions you see and you'll get a simple answer. If you don't see what you're looking for, you can submit a question and we'll do everything we can to get back to you as quickly as possible.
You can "search" through the questions and answers by entering keyword(s) into the search box or choose a category from the drop-down menu. We also invite you to comment on any of our questions/answers. Your feedback makes us even better at meeting your needs.

At Raymore Credit Union we want to make sure you're aware of our policies around online security and fraud prevention.
The Internet has changed the
way financial institutions do business, providing convenient
access to information and the ability to perform transactions from home, work
or other locations. It is important to be aware that when you communicate via
the Internet, other people and software can also communicate with your
computer. An inadequately protected computer can be accessed by an unknown
party or a virus in a very short period of time.
Our goal is to help you recognize, reject and report fraud.
"Scammers are always setting traps to separate you from your hard-earned money. But that doesn't mean you have to fall for it. Let's work together to turn the tables on fraudsters by recognizing the tricks they use to try and get the best of you. Reject what they are trying to sell you or get you to do. And tell them you intend on reporting them to the authorities. They are scared of being caught and they will back off if you put your foot down and tell them to get lost." - Fraud Facts, Competition Bureau Canada
